Wired Intruder Alarms

Our current preferred wired system is from the Orisec range. We can install audible systems (bells only), self monitored or professionally monitored systems with connection to a central station with or without police response, and systems connected via your home internet which can be controlled by a smartphone with alerts in the event of an activation.These systems can be connected to external detectors and cameras to provide alerts and video verification, click here for details

Every installation is different, so we do free site surveys for any new customer or site. We will discuss with you what our systems can do and design a system that can do exactly what you need. 

We are accredited to the SSAIB and every new installation is carried out to the highest standards and an installation certificate is issued. (Any system which requires police response has to be maintaned by an SSAIB or NSI accredited installer. Insurance companies will often insist alarms are annually maintained by an accredited installer if they are declared on your policy).

Do you already have a wired system installed and need to get it working again or updated to something more up to date? Don't be tempted by the current trend of having it removed and replaced with a wirefree system. A wired or hybrid system will do anything a wireless system can without the need to replace batteries every few years. Defender Security Services will always recommend keeping a wired system if the wiring infrastructure is in good condition.
