Intruder Alarm Contract Options

Defender Security Services offer 2 maintenance contract options, silver and gold on intruder alarm systems.

We can do just an installation with no contract where you contact us when you need anything.

The silver contract includes:

Annual or biannual routine maintenance visit arranged by us when due at a time convenient with you
24-hour access to an engineer
All engineer call outs and replacement parts are chargeable at the current rate

The gold maintenance contract includes:

Annual or bi annual routine maintenance visit arranged by us when due at a time convenient with you

24-hour access to an engineer
Engineer call out charges and replacement parts fitted as a result of normal wear and tear including batteries*

The routine maintenance visit includes:

Check the installation complies with the specification
Detection devices checked for operation
Flexible connections
Mains and standby power supplies
Audible warning devices
Signalling devices to ARC if connected
Standby batteries current reading
Control equipment for correct operation
Minor adjustments
Electronic report for your records

*With the gold contract, engineer call out charges are included except in the case of where the system has been damaged by users or third parties or as a call out due to customer mis-operation. Damage due to fire, storm, flood or act of nature, will be chargeable.
